How broadcast received boolean could actually work

These 2 boolean blocks:

([message1 v] received [right now v]? :: events)
([message1 v] received within (2) secs? :: events)

The menu in the first block would contain: (the comments after the dash aren't in the block of course)

right now - I saw something saying this wouldn't work, so if that's true, it couldn't be included. (I'd just use 0.1 seconds.)
since green flag clicked - Or since page load if the green flag hasn't ever been clicked. (If you opened it to the editor and broadcasted.)
ever - Since page load.
