Cast-Off- Need Programmers and Artists Alike!

Hello everyone. Currently I am making a game called Cast-Off, which is pretty much a Space survival game. Unfortunately, I lack the programming skills needed for it and I also just can't do all the work on my own terms. Please reply if you can help!
Rules
1. Must be GOOD at programming/pixel art
2.As it is a scrolling game, knowledge of scrolling is neccesary
Participants must be able to apply ideas that I give and occasionally provide feedback/ ideas back out to me. Show me a project of yours that shows me your art/programming abilities. Thank you

Hey. I want to help, but I dont know about scrolling.

Sometimes, I see comments that say “I hate this” or “Bad project”. These make the creator feel sad. They probably worked really hard on a project. Be nice to others and help them have a good day. It will make you and the person you are being nice to feel good and then you'll have a good day and so will the other person. So be nice.
Stop bullying and be nice.

i know a TON about scrolling. i also can do pixel art. can i join? also, as for @tigergirlG , scrolling is simple.

I am good at pixel art, but I dont want to do much with scrolling. So nevermind
