I know i have been on here for a while and i know the community guidelines, but is somebody throwing a snowball in your face appropriate, because the game i'm currently working on is based on the player is blind (and it's a Sledding Race)

Just be sure it's not implied that it's snowballs filled with rocks or anything like that. Snowballs represent harmless fun, I would say.
