Converting 3.0 to 2.0?

I understand that scratch 3.0 is relatively new and I want to know if anything has come along that would allow conversion of 3.0 to 2.0. (I personally prefer the older version and will probably use it offline instead of 3.0)

Many thanks!

I don't think it's possible. 3.0 contains blocks and features that 2.0 doesn't, such as some extensions. You can, however, convert .sb2 files to .sb3 ones.

Ooh if that's true then that hurts a little.

That's unfortunate
I was hoping to work in the offline editor as well…

You can still use the 2.0 offline editor: https://scratch.mit.edu/download/scratch2

You can make and share projects from this offline editor, you just can't download projects from the website to the offline editor.

You can also try this website: scratch2backup

I havn't tried it with new projects made in scratch 3, but it works for converting scratch 3 projects that used to be scratch 2 back into scratch 2.
