What is mattcoin and how does it work ?

I and a few other scratchers have been sent this https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/277404510/. It says we can earn mattcoins and use them to buy things. I don't know how it works and would like some explanation.

We've been seeing this spam pop up recently for someone's cryptocurrency studio. Just report the spam and ignore it.

Sorry about this it wasnt meant to come of as spam but I guess it did very clearly resemble spam. Ill stop these practices immediatley thanks for the heads up.
