I tried many times to load my newest game and scratch crashs every time because the project was complicated. I really want to report this, because super complicated projects can crash too ( like paper Minecraft)

Same!!! My 1K followers celebration completed MAP I wanted to get out yesterday (well, I meant to get it out on New Years Day, but didn't) won't load… I want to get this MAP out as soon as possible because I know several people (plus everyone who participated) have been waiting a while for it to come out.
My computer is quite fast and didn't have a problem loading a project twice as big on 2.0. I also tried it on iPad and it didn't work, although other projects will load on both iPad and computer.

@Samrya, could you share the project and tell us the URL so we can try it? Thanks!

I am a teacher and I have my students submit through a URL, which has worked great, but as of yesterday nothing is loading. I can see the assignment, but it will not play. Is there something different that I need to do to play the programs?

I was working on a project, and then my WHOLE computer crashed, and it won't let me access it!!! I TRIED TO RELOAD BUT IT WON'T DO ANYTHING! Sorry… i'm just really upset. I love Scratch, but this is so annoying!!!!!

For some reason popular projects works good, but other ones just crash. Scratch 3.0 has made that on purpose.

Yeah, i've noticed that. It's odd.

Whenever I try to open my project, which is currently unshared, it shows up with a message saying “Oops! Something went wrong, it looked like Scratch has crashed. This has been automatically reported to the ST team, please refresh your page to try again.” I have been trying to load my project for a long time, almost one day, but it isn't working. I really want to work on my project, but it's not even going to the editor, and it's not showing on the preview of the project. Does anyone have the same issue and/or know how to fix or should I just wait and hope for the best?

Same! That's exactly what I recieved. Honestly, i'm just sitting here waiting, 'cause I started a project, my computer crashed for about half an hour, and when I got back on scratch it said that.

*sigh* I really hope it goes back to normal soon :l

I think that this is just a 3.0 glitch, because I have tried force quitting chrome and restarting my computer. I have also tried in on all of the browsers Scratch supports. I have even tried it on another computer. Nothing works.

Yeah. I guess we'll just have to see what happens.

HI there, first, sorry about the interruption in your class room workflow,

Could you explain a little more detail about this submission by URL you are doing? It sounds like you have a system where students submit a URL of their project and then you load/play the project in a window/frame that is not the main Scratch project page/website, is that correct?

If so, we have made a change to how project embedding works, which will redirect older style embed links to a cleaner version we'll be using from now on. The new format is https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/<projectId>/embed Perhaps the redirect is causing a problem with your existing work flow?

Hi, could you post more information? Browser type and version? Operating system and version? More information about RAM/hardware would also be useful if you can post it. A link to the specific project would also be very helpful so that we can solve the issue and get you back on track.

Hi there, could you forward more information about what browsers and versions you are using. If you can more information about the hardware could also be helpful (amount of RAM especially).

Most importantly if you forward a link to the projects that are causing you problems, that can help us sort things out much more quickly.
