Things I don't like in 3.0 and bugs

There are multiple things I don't like in 3.0 but as a whole it's okay

Number 1.This is a bug and I know it might not be the same but I've tried it with every browser. So basically I've made a rainbow background on a project in 2.0 and want to use it in another project and the backpack said ERROR UNABLE TO LOAD BACKPACK. So yeah that's basically what happened.

Number 2. Secondly is that you know how in 2.0 you could add a costume or backdrop and you could paint and upload in. But with 3.0, I made a paint backdrop ready to upload a picture but it wouldn't let me, I didn't want it in bitmap so I made a new sprite, I wanted it in vector but it wouldn't let me upload and if I chose the upload sprite button for a new sprite, it would automatically have it on Bitmap

Number 3. You know how on 2.0 you could move a sprite into a costume, you can't do that now or even upload a sprite in your costume and the backpack doesn't work so that's hopeless as I can't even add sprites to my costumes

Number 4. 3.0 editor won't work at all in my chrome on computer, it works on my tablet but not on my computer but it works both in edge and firefox but I hate both of them.

But one thing I love about 3.0 is how you can change text colour to gradients now.

Scratch 3 isn't finished as the ST will continue to work on it. You can make suggestions for it in the suggestions forum.

Thanks for posting your thoughts! We're aware of the backpack issues and we're working on it now. Sorry for any inconvenience with that!

Thanks also for mentioning the bitmap upload issue. I'll make a note of that and send it over to the development team. Stay tuned.

Edit: Just to make sure, what type of image file are you having issues with? Are you uploading a .svg file and it's showing up in bitmap?
