Follower perks

Is it against the rules to include follower perks in your projects? For example, you may let your followers get 100 coins in a game when they start. I was going to include stuff like that in some of my games but I'm not sure if it's allowed.

That sounds like something that might not be allowed, but I'm not entirely sure

What I'm thinking of is how you're not supposed to do something like this:
if <(username) = [so and so]> then
say [you suck!] for (2) secs
stop [all v
end

It's not the exact same thing of course, but it's kinda close

I think giving out extra things for followers is allowed, but maybe not in online games/games with cloud highscore. People just could basically cheat these bonuses by small project editing, however that's not possible in cloud games.
However, doing the opposite, making certain people weaker, is not allowed.
