Why you: I will allow flexibility for you by managing certain areas allowing the shop to get more inflow of customers and workers. I want to get either the second vice (if still available) or head of banners because I feel in the long term it will help with management.

That would be a good payment system. It will allow our workers to benefit keeping them motivated to keep doing jobs. and T.I.P.S does have a good strike system, as well as others that use it too.
