Alt Account blocked?

i would like to know why my account would be blocked, i know if this account is blocked it would be blocked for avoiding the block, but im not.
is there a reason why i cant have an alt account?
is there a way it can get unblocked

Many Scratchers have alternate accounts, so the fact that you made one is not the reason why it was blocked.
