Does the resolution of your project go down if there are to many vector arts on the screen?

I have never had any trouble with that, and I've made games with a ton of vector art.

However, if you use any of these blocks:

change [color v] effect by (25)

change [fisheye v] effect by (25)

change [whirl v] effect by (25)

change [mosaic v] effect by (25)

change [pixelate v] effect by (25)

Vector art tends to graphically glitch for some reason, with these blocks, in Scratch 2.0.
