I don't know if this is the reason why, but the reason removing studio activity is rejected might be because some people want to see studio activity, and it sometimes might be important. If you don't want studio activity, ignore those messages.
That is the best thing I can think of.
Should I ask about this and the minimod one?

Thanks to @TheAdriCoolManDude and @Za-Chary for finding some reasons as to why removing studio activity messages and moderating mini-mods were rejected suggestions!
Besides that, you may notice that I've cleaned up the list a little more.

Quick thing I'd like to point out:

“…check out the TGB forums.”
What are the Text Games Based forums?

12. A 13+ version of the website:
Scratch is designed for all ages, and dividing the community would not really help anybody.

I think Scratch Jr. is a separate thing. You may notice that there is no Scratch Jr. website that works like the normal Scratch website. Thus, no community is actually being divided as a result of Scratch Jr.

Additionally, although it is a lot simpler to use, technically Scratch Jr. is appropriate for all ages, unlike a 13+ version of the website.

It was kind of painful.
But I did it.

Do you think “Notifications for Viewing Projects” could go on the list?

I believe a lot of older users that have been on Scratch for longer should have the option to switch back to the old interface with Scratch 3, because the new interface is kind of disorienting to me and several other users that I've seen. There are also complaints about the sprite editor.

Is this a suggestion? If so, make your own topic. The Scratch Team doesn't look for suggestions on the stickies.

I think view notifications are rejected due to this post:

I'm interested to learn more about these “spambots” that you have experienced - please stop by my profile if you want to talk about them.

As for a message telling you who views a project, we're not going to be doing that because it could lead to a lot of traffic on the inbox of some Scratchers - and it could lead to drama about who is or isn't viewing projects. Thanks for your suggestion though - please keep thinking of ways to make Scratch better.

Here is my suggestion for scratch 3.0. I think that they should add a editors bar which means that the person who created the project can add people to make suggestions and help develop the game. I think it would help if this was added to scratch because maybe someone wants to be work in a team or maybe just you and your friend want to create the same game. Thanks!
