new scratchers shood be allowed to use cloud data not old scratchers. cloud data wood be nice to everone to old and new

It's for a good reason.
New scratchers often don't know the rules or may be trolls/spammers.
Also, most new scratchers don't know how to make anything but polls and high scores. So nobody is missing out on much…

I think New Scratchers and Guests should be able to update Cloud Data on other's projects, but not add it to their own.

The suggestion has already been made multiple times and lacked a majority “support” vote every time. You should really search whether something already has a forum topic devoted to it before posting a new thread.

Oh sorry, Im used to MB's where its locked and not closed.
And besides, yes it should. Just because you want it doesn't mean you'll get it.
