Remove "Mark all topics as read"

Actually, I like it, because it means that old topics won't be saying “there are new posts”.

Even though I know that's a super minor issue that only I care about, but still.

And all the world over, each nation's the same,
They've simply no notion of playing the game.
They argue with umpires, they cheer when they've won,
And they practice beforehand, which ruins the fun!

there's usually activity in all the main forums after about, eh, 2 minutes at the most (except announcements and stuff but you get it) so there's really no point

I personaly don't know why it exists in the first place, but it sounds like it really isn't neccecary, so support for it's removal.

I still want it to be removed though.

The thing is that (IIRC) the dots don't go away if you don't click it, so it makes no difference whether or not they're there or not.
