Today, I wrote a message on ceebee's “Superhero Flight” project, and the project consisted of lots of shaking that could give kids seizures. yet, my message gets reported! WHY????

You were kind of rude when you left that comment. You flat-out said that ceebs didn't put any effort into her project and that it was bad. Instead of saying rude things to get your point across, you could have said something like “Hey, ceebee, nice project! however, I think this could give an epileptic person a seizure, could you maybe put a warning in the notes and credits? Thanks.”
Besides, if you have any questions about alerts you may have received, go contact the Scratch Team instead of naming-and-shaming on the forums.
