We bought cookies {more specific than food}, two plastic fidget spinners {again, more specific}, and a dog toy. I yawned repeatedly as he continued his errands {show, not tell; vocabulary}. Ali got a cat toy as well, but I didn’t. At the end, I complained about the unfairness of this, especially since I'm the one who has the well-behaved cat.
