How to run the scratch 1.4 image on squeak?
Well the title says it all
I run it and it crashes immediatly

How to run the scratch 1.4 image on squeak?
I don't believe (but I'm no expert) that the 1.4 image will work on modern Squeak VMs

Yep - I can imagine you can as the the RoarVM is so old
It'll also run under the SqueakJS VM as well if your interested in trying stuff out
