Are using certain terms against Scratch Guidlines/Terms of Use?

Ok, ok. Don't get me wrong. I know what is against Scratch Guidelines and Terms of Use (cuss words, insults, etc.) But this is my question. There is a specific term that I've used a few times, but it's been brought to my attention that it might be against Scratch Guidelines. This term is none other than “Sexuality”. I've studied Scratch Guidelines and the Terms of Use briefly, and seen nothing wrong with using this term. Except for one line.

Because of this, I am left uncertain. So, I want to be sure that I'm not breaking any rules. After all, Scratch Guidelines says

Scratch welcomes people of all ages, races, ethnicities, religions, abilities, sexual orientations, and gender identities.

So….I'm not breaking any rules…..am I? To be honest, I never gave it a thought when I used this term. But, now….I'm starting to feel uncertain. Of course, some people might not like the use of this term, but it's not against any rules, is it? I'm pretty sure it's not, but I want to be sure. What do you think? Please help me.
