No, that would be a bit unreasonable, you would probably only get in any real trouble if you repeatedly made false reports. i imagine there would be plenty of times that you could misunderstand something or report it by mistake, at most maybe you would get an alert.

If it's understandable, nothing would happen.
If it's for a random reason, you'd probably get an alert, but that's about it.
But if you kept doing it, you'd likely get banned, yeah.

i reported someone i thought was worthy of a warning but st gave me a warning instead so gg thanks lol

Seeing as it would be disrespectful to lie to Scratch Team by falsely reporting someone, doing it once will probably give you a warning. If you continue doing it over and over, it would be reasonable for a block/ban as it is technically lying and breaking the guidelines.
