A cute shop name, for a start! I have owned two art shops, so I'll say this based on my experiences and from what I see from others.

Whether you post the orders directly to the customers' profiles or post it via this shop's forum, there still ain't much going on here. Try advertising this shop more or partner with other shops. Since this shop is specifically for art products, partnering is the best choice you can make. Asides from gaining recognition, you can also help other shops in need of art and artists, so it's a win-win. This way, you can also get more staff, which, once you do, you can host contests, events or polls to keep your shop runnin'! Have the staff put up your shop's banner in their signatures as well!

Make people trust your shop more by making the front page look neat and organized. Have a variety for your order forms so that customers don't get confused. You can show examples of the products you guys can make to show the quality the customers would get. Earn their trust! Make customers and basically any other Scratcher drawn to your shop.

Put up strict rules and make sure to stick to your motto. Also make sure of the well being of the staff, and always ask for their opinions. Have your staff to help you out if you're in a pinch. And last but not least, to all staffs, treat the shop like it's yours! Need a reminder? Bump it up! Orders—take it! If you can't handle it on your own or it's not your kind of thing, ask for help from other staffs. People who work in a shop help one another like family, and make sure the shop is worth working for!
