Battle of the Bands, but because I feel like the original had a lot of wasted potential. A follow-up with more engaging gameplay (a hybrid rhythm/PvP fighter game playing up the literal angle of the title would be wicked), more customization for your band (one suggestion would be mix-matching members of different genres, though I guess that'd be a little hard to implement) and DLC featuring a frequently-updated online store of new songs would leave Guitar Hero and Rock Band in the dirt, I reckon.
