Well, really al i want to know is how to follow people.

How Do I Follow People?
Go to the person's profile you want to follow (by clicking on their profile picture), then click the Blue button that says “Follow”. If it's not there, then turn off the AdBlocker if it's on, as the AdBlocker is sometimes known to block the follow button.
