Hello, the project I am doing for class deleted itself. https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/220274809/

I am attempting to recreate it, but I lost a lot of work. I discovered that all the content was deleted on Tuesday morning. Is there a way to recover the project from up until that point?

I assume by deleted you mean lost some code or assets. Ask https://scratch.mit.edu/users/paddle2see/ to recover it

Go to the link I posted and ask them - they're an admin with the ability to recover projects.

Yes - they should be able to help you (there is no private messaging function in Scratch for multiple reasons)
