Thanks for clarifying. I don't use NoScript as it's unnecessary protection for me, my antivirus software should prevent almost any attacks (it's got a built in JavaScript scanner that will block a page that will do anything bad to your computer)noscript == Javascript DisabledNo, I allow flash.Who said anything about Flash? Well, I don't think I have it, just help me!This isn't probably the best place for help, we are a computer tech support group, it's probably better to go to the Bugs and Glitches forum.

Hey guys, not sure where else to post this but here
so, after making lots of PC's for my friends and family and advising people on upgrades, I've decided to delve into the world of selling PC's. nothing too crazy, just buying used PC's and selling them with a GTX 750 for example and then hopefully making back my money (it's more for the fun - lets be real its never going to be enough for a career - and it'll probably get boring
)
so anyway, the real question : is it worth all the hassle selling them with Windows installed? the obvious benefit is I can sell it for more as its already Installed - however there is probably going to be legal trouble, as I don't think the “$3 WINDOWS 10 KEY LEGIT” is really that legit.
so, as an alternative I was going to just make a DVD ( so ill have to include a dvd drive now
) with drivers - the cost of this is about 20p, but wouldn't they know how to do this if they have the knowledge to install windows?
I know Linux is an option but lets be real, as its mostly going to be gamers buying this they probably wont want Linux mint.
sorry its not that related, but it kind of is as I need help and i'm sure its a topic you fellas will enjoy
Thanks

Hey guys, not sure where else to post this but hereIf you want to actually sell computers to normal people, you need an official copy of Windows for each computer. You don't want to risk going to jail(exaggeration). You could even just not do anything to upgrade the computers, just clean them up and sell them on with a copy of ChromeOS(like I do, they sell pretty well). ps. I'm not sure I'll buy a dusty breadbin from 2005 with a GTX 750 in.

snipI wouldn't risk it, even if that key is legit, maybe install the trial and say that customers will have to pay for a licence key.

Hey guys, not sure where else to post this but hereBest bet would to be buying product keys from Kinguin, theyre 30 bucks from about 100 and they still sell 7 keys. Otherwise, ubuntu with a Windows theme wouldn't be bad

Pretty sure most of his “breadbins” won't be dusty after canned air, and they can match up to modern low-medium end computers with the right upgrades. I've been using an ‘09 PC as my main for nearly 3 months, and it only has an Athlon II x4 640 and GTX 745, and I have no complaints - except for the fact that I’m to cheap to buy a new Wi-Fi antenna-snip-If you want to actually sell computers to normal people, you need an official copy of Windows for each computer.
