New Star Wars Discussion: Star Wars: The Legends Trilogy. This new thread can be used as an alternative to this thread.

This thread is for the discussion of one of the worst moments in television ever, the Star Wars Holiday Special! I've made this a separate thread from the Official Star Wars thread because some things are best left untainted. The Official Star Wars thread is for discussing the latest movies, while here us scratchers can stay in the 20th century.

You can watch the Star Wars Holiday Special on Youtube for free. It's a great alternative to Rogue One, which got mixed reviews, while the Star Wars Holiday Special will forever remain beyond criticism.

For all the students on Scratch reading this, make sure to try to get your teachers next year to have the class watch the Star Wars Holiday Special instead of the Polar Express! It will be fun, or at least cringe-worthy.

Also, you can talk about Jar Jar Binks here, because why not?

You mean that fight in The Return of the Sith (fun fact: yesterday was “return of the fifth”)? Well, I'm not sure what to say about it. That lizard “Ben” Obi-Wan Kenobi rode looked really cool, and I want one.

SPOILER ALERT (scroll to the right to view)                                                    Throughout Star Wars, storm troopers have been known to be stupid. In a New Hope, they can't shoot straight and they bang their heads against the ceiling. Though the worst storm trooper moment was in the Star Wars Holiday Special. In the film's only action scene, Han Solo and a storm trooper are on the front porch of Chewbacca's house. Han has dropped his gun, and both men want to take it. The storm trooper rushes at the gun, only to TRIP ON THE GUN and fall off the front porch on to the forest floor hundreds of feet below. I don't even know where to start with this amazing fail.
