I'm surprised most people are saying true for Q1, as I really doubt there were any 128-bit game consoles in 2000, nor are there any 128-bit game consoles today or any PCs (not talking about super server computers etc) that are 128-bit.

Sorry if I did this, but I was searching on Wikipedia and on this page they refer the PS2 as a 6th era console and 128bit. Did I misunderstand something?

“128-bit era” comes from the fact that the previous generation had 64-bit (at least on the Nintendo 64). Also because Sony marketed the “emotion engine” as 128-bit, even though it is not.
Simply, a 128-bit machine would cost too much money.
