WHY DID ANKI COPY SCRATCH??

Today I went on my cozmo robot and did some stuff, Until I saw “Discover” I pressed it and saw “Program” I pressed it and literaly saw a scratch-like coding. If you want to see click this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yptufuNPGh0 and go to 3:00 in the video.

Anyways, Here are my questions:

1. Did scratch give anki permission to make a scratch-like coding?

2. If scratch gave anki permission, Why so?

3. Is this a full copyright?

No, Scratch is open source which means anyone can modify and reproduce it.

Scratch style coding is VERY common place. Even FIRST Robotics (an organization for robotics competitions for children and teens around the world) uses a Scratch like block coding tool.
