So today, I have thought of an idea to remove limitations from safe chats but keep the safe
My plan is to make the chatroom notice any phrase or word that is negative such as
“I hate you”
or
“Screw you”
and other words and phrases that may be offensive.
It my also add a vote kick, anti-spam(auto-kick), cuss filter, and a login system.
Other ideas may be applied later on

The ST won't approve, as your cuss filter can't detect everyone modification of words.

If we add many methods, they probably wont bother to try.

Those are just a few examples. There are many more. If someone did make a ‘pizza’ filter that actually worked, then they've made a really advanced, good, amazing piece of code.

In some insults, like you have the intelligence of paste, it contains no individual bad words, but as a whole it is an insult. To block out this sort of thing would be incredibly hard, if not impossible. And new insults arise rather often.

It won't work, you can easily bypass it, and filters are not allowed either, if your project has a rude word inside of it, it could get removed, so you will have to stick to Safe chat either way, sorry…

The same goes for Scratch. You could use any word to cover up the rude word and only imply it, and never say the actual phrase.

Well to have a cuss filter you have to make it so that it detects those words so the scripts will have to contain the cusses.
