Combine Button

Hello! my game Fill The Screen! (https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/203277765/) i've been working on it but I can't seem to figure out this problem I am having, when you hit the combine button its supposed to say select the two shapes you want to combine it does but after you select the second shape you want to combine it says everything but it wont broadcast slct2 which makes the script highlight around the shape. You may want to look inside at the scripts for it. Any information is helpful!
