there isn't, for what you want that is… importing a project will replace the project, which you (nor i) want. I can't wait for them to add this. (also, it's called upload from your computer)

download the project onto your computer create the new account then download it from your computer,

You can do this, but why delete your account in the first place?
Also, I can confirm that there isn't a way to import entire projects, or sprites.

I want to import a project into an existing project, that means ADD to the project that is already opened. Is there any way to do this?
Or in other words, how can I combine two projects?

The conversation here is from 2013. Any changes in Scratch since then that make this possible?
