Who invented the phrase "Risk it with a biscuit?"

My younger brother swears he made up the phrase “Risk it with a biscuit” but I have seen YouTube stars user phrases such as "Risk it for a biscuit“ and it's highly unlikely my brother has met any celebrities because if he did, I would probably already know.
My dad tried to Google risk it for a biscuit and apparently it was invented five years ago, but my brother insists he did not hear the phrase before he made up ”risk it with a biscuit“ so I guess he either heard it on the street and thought it was his own phrase a little while later, or maybe it's a ”Great minds think alike thing."
So what do you think?

Yeah, he made up risk it with a biscuit, but he has to have heard it somewhere and just misheard it(I use the original phrase quite often myself)

I do that quite often since, well, I'm not always paying the best attention to what people say, but I can't think of any as of right now

After looking it up, I've found that it probably stems from an ad from the 70's for a muesli bar called Swisskit. The slogan was something along the lines of “Risk it for a Swisskit” and I'm guessing that after some years of being thrown around, it was eventually bowdlerized to the generic “Risk it for a biscuit”. And like some phrases do, it's been changed around to fit some purposes. I haven't seen or heard any instances of "Risk it with the biscuit", so your brother could be one of the few to grab onto a new development of the original.
I'm not 100% on this because I've seen a few other sources being listed as likely origins, but that's my best guess.
