Randomly asking for permission to record

Whenever I go into a project I made it asks me for permission to record and I don't know why because aI never programed it to record.
Does anyone know why it might do this? It does not have this in it:

turn video [ v]

I added:

when green flag clicked
forever
turn video [ off]
end

It's not just video blocks that ask you that. There's a camera and audio recorder in the editor as well, maybe you're setting those off
