I wasn't even the one who posted my name! Yes you know my first name, how far can you get with that if it is one of the more common names in the whole country? That is 24 million people you are talking about in my case. I would have never posted something like that by myself. I even went and reported one of the posts that had my name in it because I didn't want it there, the other two got edited by the people who wrote them. Saying that you know my first name isn't even contributing to the collab, why are you bringing it up?

Scratch isn't the only site to have guidelines like that, and site that isn't social media (facebook ect.) has guidelines like it. Some even don't allow you to join unless your 13 so you won't do stuff like that. I know what it can lead to and have seen others experience it. In fact, even the social media people tell you to only add people you know in real life as friends, and the police advise people to do that all the time as well. That, and to change your account settings so that your account is set to private or friends only or something like that. I use several different sites, and I know already what the general guidelines are for them, the main one being the one you just quoted.

Again, if you're saying you know my name, you don't even know twi's name like you originally thought, how is it contributing to the collab? Why are you even bringing it up?

i think they are referring more to full names, like what if someone always calls them self by their first name and have a really common first name to
eg someone calls them self George online and that is also their real name but they don't even mention/hint at their last name
