This is for people who want to order a lot of things but only want to fill out one form. By the way, more than one staff member may take different parts of the order, not only one member has to do it all unless you prefer it that way (if you do, say so in the form).

New Scratcher Pack
This is for new scratchers. Like, legit new scratchers, not alt accounts. This includes things to get you started. You get a logo, a signature, project ideas, and a short tutorial.

Please read this before taking an order.
❀︎You can try working on something out of your department if you'd like, but say something to indicate that you may not be able to do it, so someone who can do it will.
❀︎Don't rush. The person who ordered put a preferred date on their order. Don't feel like you have to get it by then and make it terrible quality, because it is only a preferred date. If someone said that they absolutely needed it by a certain date, do your best to make it good quality and in the right time frame. If you want to make it good, but you cannot get it by the needed date, send what you have to the consumer, and they might be able to tweak it so it is usable.
❀︎Take orders that you know you can complete. This should be simple enough.
❀︎Try not to fight for orders. If someone before you says “Taken,” or something along those lines, let them do it. This only changes for one of two reasons. One being that the consumer said in their order that more than one person could take it, another being that the person who originally said they could do it suddenly could not.

Staff
My hiring and firing policies
❀︎If hired, be in the shop often. Show this by taking orders or giving suggestions, NOT randomly popping in and saying random stuff.
❀︎If hired, -ImagineNation- or a manager can ask for more example orders from the new staff member at any time.
❀︎If shop staff are inactive for a month, they may be fired by -Imaginenation-
❀︎If clients or -ImagineNation- are repeatedly unsatisfied with a member's work ethic or quality, that member may be fired.
❀︎If shop members are taking way too many orders and not actually doing them, they will be asked to take only one order at a time. If they don't do so, they will be fired.

I don't think you should label this as legal because it may not be entirely legal. You should read up on the rights of your work's license (CC-BY-SA) before making claims. On the scratch Terms of Use page it says "4.3 All user-generated content you submit to Scratch is licensed to and through Scratch under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 license. This allows others to view and remix your content. This license also allows the Scratch Team to display, distribute, and reproduce your content on the Scratch website, through social media channels, and elsewhere. If you do not want to license your content under this license, then do not share it on Scratch.". I'm not a lawyer and this isn't official legal advice, just a little suggestion!

I know of that shop, and I didn't mean to do that. I only wanted to put my username with it. I don't really want to change it, but if @muellly has a problem with it, I will. I didn't do it on purpose. Besides, the shops are completely different. Does it really matter if the names sound similar? I also don't get the “ripoff” part. A ripoff is something that isn't as good as the original, so I don't really like what you are suggesting. I don't know if you meant for it to sound that way, but it seems like you are suggesting that my shop is worse than @muellly's. Now, I'm not saying that mine is better, but saying that it is worse before ordering anything or even getting to know it first kind of hurts.

If they did copyright their art, you should remind them they technically can't share it in a scratch project, but they can link to it.
