Welcome to Scratch, New Scratchers. When I started I had no idea how Discussions and Forums worked and so I think this might be helpful. So a Forum is a collection of Discussions that have something in common. The Forum that this Discussion is in is called New Scratchers. A Discussion is a topic or question that a scratcher wanted to talk about or get help with. To make your own Discussion you choose a Forum that your topic or question fits into and open it. Once you are inside, at the top above all the other Discussions, there is a large, blue button that says “New Discussion”, if you click on it you can create your own Discussion. You will come to a page that has two boxes; one for your title or subject and one for your question or message. Once you press submit other scratchers can see your question or topic and comment or give you help.
