Remove Google Docs from blacklisted sites!

So I created a form on Google today and it wouldn't let me comment it.
It's supposedly unmoderated chat, which it ISNT because it was simply a poll.
Scratch shouldn't have Google docs blocked! Is there any reason they would? Does anyone else agree?

People can make a document contained swear words and sexual, graphic, close up images and then they can link the document here.
