This is a pretty simple idea, but I think that when you get an alert you should be told which comment / post / project / whatever got you the alert. Right now one of the messages says something along the lines of “Please be more respectful when posting on Scratch (so and so cg stuff)”, but it doesn't really tell you what exactly that was. I feel like if someone got an alert and was told what got them that alert they might actually be more likely to figure out exactly what they did and… y'know, not do that.

Not necessary.

Besides, if the comment was shown, users might complain, “But I didn't type/do that on the comments! That is different!”

also i got a project taken down for an inappropriate “song” once and it did the same thing just with the name of the project instead.. am i misunderstanding

I support it. After all, you deserve to know precisely what it was that you did wrong in order to get it right in the future. And, also, I suggest that the alert you get for falsely reporting content gets changed to include this, too. When I got that alert (before the Messages update), I had no idea what I did, and after contacting the ST about what it was I reported, it got removed without explanation. What was it I falsely reported? I may never know.

It's already there. I've received some reports in the past and they always linked me to the project, or showed me the comment, that was reported.

There was a topic that said Friends, and it reminded me of the Friends theme song, so I told them that it was rejected and I put the lyrics of the Friends theme song there.

It was considered to be spam ;-;

Ok, so evidently I must've missed the popup thing last time I got an alert so I'll close this topic: everyone's saying it already exists.
