Can I download scratch games and play offline?

Let's say I wanna download a game and play it offline, is that possible? Or do I need to download some supporting software? Cause I plan on creating a project which I have to present to my lecturer offline cause we have to imagine being in a situation with no internet (ok, I'm rambling). So, yeah, that's my question. Please help

You can download the Scratch editor(at the bottom of the screen under Support) and export projects using the bar at the top of the screen(when you are in a project).

I think you can't just download and then Play them as this is not how it wirks. I don't know if it works but you can download the offline Editor and load the projects there to play them.

Download it from the online scratch editor.

And then upload it in the offline editor by clicking the SB3 file (but make sure you have the offline editor installed: https://scratch.mit.edu/download )
