Advanced City Builder (NEED STAFF)

Well I have an idea of a city builder game where you need materials energy and can build anything possible. Now seriously I am a bad coder and bad at making threads so thats why im asking for help. Here are the ranks for now

Executive ranks
Chief Executive Manager - 111Beastmode
Executive Manager - FIREYASSASSIN
Manager - OPEN
Assistant Manager - OPEN

Upper ranks
Chief Coder - OPEN
Chief Artist - OPEN
Chief Musician - OPEN

Regular ranks

(PS: I'd like to be executive manager)
(PPS: This whole manager thing is kind of messed up. You shoud have everybody have an equal part in this. People may have different jobs, but ranks might mess the whole thing up.)

Hey! I would like to join your collab.
I love RTS games!
I'll aim for Chief Coder, but I'm not that experienced. If I don't get that, I'll go for idea maker.

I've been scratching for a year!
I am good at coding,but not perfect.
I can read other peoples work,unless its mostly pen.

Strength:
I am very good at making small mini games, go to my page to look.
I have a youtube channel of 365 subs called DiamondTurtle to advertise to.
I am in a robotics team irl as a head coder on imaging and controls.

Not so strengths:
I can't read many peoples code except mine.
I have not been in a successful collab yet.
Don't think i'm perfect, I don't think i'm very good as a coder.

but i am not good at cloud variables. so can i be in the basic coder?
