Honestly, I think f4f shouldn't be allowed. There isn't really any point of following someone just so they would follow you back (unless you're friends of course.) I do f5f and f3f.

Not really. I used to do F4F, and it didn't make a difference on how my projects were made. The whole point of scratch is to unleash your creativity and let it run wild! F4F doesn't affect creativity. Only you and your decisions affect your creativity. Not me. Not that guy hiding in that tree over there. Not anyone. A person once told me:
