i asked a question like this before..

So, I want to make an animation. There is a scene where a character is dead, however, it barely looks as though he's dead. It just looks like he's sleeping. There is no explicit context that states that he really is dead, however, so the “reason” is hidden.
The blood, if any, is actually a shade of purple (that looks a little like this), so it might just end up looking like a shadow.
The frame where this is shown is only really shown for a few seconds, however.

Can I still do this?

You can have dead people on Scratch as long as they don't look like they were murdered or anything. I think you should be fine.

Hi, and Welcome to my signature! It doesn't change that often, but, hey, might be intresting to read; you never know (or at least not until you read it.) If you've got this far, it's pretty obvious that you're reading this to see just how intresting it is. Yes, you're reading this to see if there's a bonus bit at the end. You have to satisfy your natural curiosity and see how it turns out. Well, I dare you to stop…
You couldn't do it, could you? Sorry, you lost! Bye now!

if i had a nickel for every ‘is this ok’ thread you've made, i'd be a rich man

i would imagine you can, i've seen tons of animations and games where there's dead people. as long as it's not too violent or realistic it shouldn't be taken down, but it might get NFE'd, i'm not sure.

I'm of the view that attempting to disguise blood as something it isn't – like a shadow – isn't actually a good thing to do. If you're only doing it because you want to make it more likely to be safe-for-Scratch, then it's sort of like you're taking away from a story, only in the hopes that younger people aren't scared so much.. and “younger people” doesn't even seem to necessarily be your target audience, anyways? (It seems like a pretty serious story; or at least that scene does!)

Unless discoloring the blood specifically relates to story, it feels like you're just misleading people. A species which has transparent, scent-free blood, so that other animals/people can't as easily tell when they're hurt – that's clearly discoloring their blood for the sake of the species design. Even making a character's blood some color because it fits well with their art is totally fine and cool; but making blood some shadow-like color only in the hope of not scaring a younger audience just doesn't seem faithful to your own idea. It's as if it's limiting, you know?

(Edit: Then again, I have no real experience with writing. But I've found that limiting an idea because your target platform might not be accepting of it is meh. To clarify – I'm definitely not suggesting you include anything downright offensive or disrespectful to people in your project, just that this specific case kind of feels like a “dumbing down my creation”-type situation, especially if people say that you can't include that blood in your art (though that doesn't seem to be the case). Likewise I'm not saying that you should make something incredibly gory and then share it on the Scratch site; if you do decide to do that, share it elsewhere! Just that maybe while you're writing your story, you shouldn't worry too much about a target audience you're not even writing the story for.)

Truthfully, the character mentioned actually has purple blood.. I'm not sure why, he just does. Probably because his name means “purple” in Greek (Mov). It's not trying to take things away from the story, just he has purple blood instead of red for some unknown reason.

I think you might get away with it, if there any graphical or explicit thing (which you said it not) that when it controversial….

Are There X Eyes? If So, I Think That's Something That Would Get It NFE'd, But Not Taken Down. If It Doesn't Seem Like They're Dead, That Might Mess Up The Story, But If It Does, It Might Get Taken Down. I Suggest Making It In The Middle. A NFE Never Hurt Anyone.

There are no “x”s on the eyes, the eyes are in fact just closed.
