I think you should add to this topic “A way to convert scratch to other programming language”,since a lot of scratchers are asking this,but this would be never implemented since scratch is for kids.

(Swallowed by an evil kumquat who was just taking a walk in the neighborhood of evil kumquats when they saw a garage sale where they bought a plate which they used to eat but they discovered that it leaked and they went to get their money back but the sale was over so they went in the house but the door was locked so they got their key but it didn't fit so they went home to use the key on the right door which was their own door and then they decided to swallow a signature for no reason.)

I personally think Scratch should ban FNAF. Scratch is a community open to all ages. Before you start saying “But kids who'll get scared should use Scratch Jr.!” Listen to this:
A 7-year-old who does not know about Scratch JR could be on scratch, casually browsing projects, suddenly to see something that could haunt their dreams forever. Any aged person could be looking at these, so we should keep this community open to all ages, as it's supposed to be. Scratch is for sharing fun codes to inspire, not to scare. We should help make this community a better and more flexible place.
If you have an opposing opinion, feel free to reply. If you share my opinion, please reply as well. I'm curious to see how many people support and do not support this matter.

I think that they really should. So we can't post projects that are too scary, but FNAF is still allowed? I don't think we should fully ban FNAF. I only think that we as a community should be stricter on what applies to being too scary. Furthermore, I think that a simple ban of jumpscares our screenshots from the game should be good in my opinion. If projects are too scary for some ages, it doesn't belong on Scratch. And about going to Scratch JR, Scratch JR is unadvanced even for my little sister. She joined regular Scratch instead. @Stitchy-Glitchy. Scratch JR is almost impossible to make anything decent with. Scratch is generally for kids 8+, but should still be appropriate for a slightly younger audience. What we should really be thinking about banning is mentioning anything about adult TV shows such as Rick and Morty and Family Guy. Kids will look up these shows and watch them on sites such as Youtube although them being innapropriate for their age.

yes, the ST should ban screenshots form the game and recreations of the game, no matter what the FNAF fans say, I also support mentioning Adult shows being banned.

That is a very good point! Especially with the adult shows content.

I also think they should ban the topic of games such as Yandre Simulator, I haven't played it, but I heard the plot is crazy gruesome.

At least there is no GTA content on Scratch. GTA is an adult video game. Unless the projects about it are just about the racing, I don't think GTA projects are allowed, but I think there could be some changes to FNAF.

I disagree. If someone wants to make a clean project, or have a clean discussion about any movie/TV show, game, book, etc., then they're allowed to.
If we weren't allowed to discuss FNAF, Family Guy, Rick And Morty, Yandere Simulator, etc., then the community would be pretty empty. I mean, that's like banning Sonic The Hedgehog just because the fanbase can be really dirty, but in all truth the game itself is aimed at KIDS. Truthfully, kids do have to know that not everything is appropriate for kids and that maybe they should ask their parents what something is before searching it up. Also, random useless fact, about 60% of the FNAF community are basically just 9 year old kids, and from what I remember the two shows mentioned earlier are for 14+.. and both of those ages are within what the community is aimed at.
As long as the project or discussion doesn't get into the inappropriate parts of whatever series it is, it should be okay.

TL;DR I think that the current ways of discussion of mature topics is fine.
