ANOTHER TOWN PROBLEM

The problem is that the town button on the northeast side of the page doesn't work. I've looked at the two sprites(Map and Town) and nothing seems to be wrong. The town button is supposed to take you to the map(hence the names), but it just stays as the regular screen! HELP
