HELP with town names!

Lets get to the point: The town names don't copy the first time but not the second. HELP!
For example: The test town name is FuzzTown and if I type in FuzzTown the first time, The sprite (Cute Travel Buddy XD) says, “sorry, that name is taken” . Then, if I type in FuzzTown another time, it accepts the name. How do I make it not do that?

The way I read your script, if they answer what you just answered, then it gets deleted from the list, so the next time they answer then the list is clean and accepts it.

You try a different way of doing it. What do you think I would do? But maybe somebody else will do it for you.
