That page isn't really recent having been last updated May 17, 2016. I wouldn't be surprised if they came up with a new concept but didn't update the wiki page. But can you please post were you found it @NitroCipher?

I think a effect called split would be pretty neat. What it would do is split the whole picture into a bunch of lines. Sort I've a mix of pixelate and mosaic but it does not duplicate the picture. Another idea would be the “flame” effect makeing the whole picture look like it's on fire

I feel like the horizontal blocks were only created as a block engine because while Scratch 3.0 isn't going to use it, Google Santa Tracker's snowflake drawing thing did
