Application form

Activity, on a scale of 1 - 10, 10 being the most:

Brief description: (You can also type “Surprise me!” and I'll just post a logo that I've already made.)

Once - Listed in “Customers” (how blatantly obvious).
Thrice - Listed in bold in “Customers”.
5 times - Shifted to “Frequent Customers”.
10 times - Bolded in “Frequent Customers”.
25 times - Name in “Frequent Customers” is recoloured according to colours of profile picture.
Refer a friend
If you refer a friend(s) to our shop, your name in any place will be recoloured according to the colours in your profile pic.
Workers
See above list for customer rewards - same for workers, just that “Customers” –> “Workers” and “Frequent Customers” –> “Veteran Workers”.

Rating
Each worker gets a rating based on his/her quality of work.

Inactive for 1 week without explanation - Rating -1, doubles each time. If you notified us prior to this, no points will be deducted.
Missed deadline - Rating -0.5 per day
Art does not fit description - Rating -1 (You still get the points from below, though)

(This is rated by the customers.)
…bad… - 0. Not counted for rewards. You will also get a warning (explained right after this section)
…sheer embarrassment… - rating -1. Not counted for rewards. By this I mean an embarrassment to the shop. You'll get 2 warnings; bad news.
under average - 1. Counted as half for rewards.
average - 2. Counted as 1 for rewards.
above average (better than other shops ) - 3.
great - 4, counted as 1.5 for rewards.
outstanding - 5. Counted as 2 for rewards.
WARNINGS
You know how the ST gives you alerts? Yeah. Get too many and you're fired.
if:
warnings / time in shop (in weeks) > 0.5
or:
warnings > 5
then you're fired.

(I had to change it to art+logos instead of just logos because I doubt anyone would need 25 logos…

I own The Come n' Leave Fast Shop, which has completed over 70 orders. I also co-own other shops, and work at many more. My strengths are banners, logos, reviewing, project ideas, writing, scripting and more. I would like to be the co-owner.

One thing I will suggest to this shop is that you do not give out a warning just because someone did a not so good looking order.

Hi, can I have a logo? This one's great but I think it's time for a change…….. I would like it with a Capital J, no preferance on the colors or deign of the logo.
