I recently Loved and Favorited one of projects then clicked the heart and star again and the color changed with the counter for both reading 0. I refreshed the page and both read 1.

If I click them again they both read 2. I refresh again. Both are highlighted and read 1. It gets a little glitchy from there.

Both read 0 now but I can make it happen again.
