Once a shop has applied, a “Gardener” (a highly skilled rep from a large, successful USS shop) shall be placed as a member in the small shop for a certain amount of time. I will go into more detail after the elections and someone is elected President.
In addition to this, I wish to “broaden” the Watcher department by giving them some of the abilities of the moderators and creating a more bold recruiting regimen. We certainly won't draft anyone into service, but advertisements will be more assertive.

Another thing is the representative system. The current system is lopsided and tends to support the older, larger shops, shoving the smaller, less established corporations' opinions to the side. This used to not be a problem as there were only few small shops, but with the fall of ZLGames's Shop and MTBHS and the decline of Sigton's Shop, many newer, innovative shops have arisen. The HoB would contain reps created by the current system, however the HoL would contain one rep from each shop, this rep would automatically be the owner unless stated otherwise.
