There is no law/rule against duplicate votes, and without duplicate votes, the record would be 17 supporters, 5 neutral representatives, 2 opposers, and 7 incomplete votes.

Bottom Line
The proposed service will be most likely accepted, at a 62% support rate and lack of the ability for other options to catch up. This can change only if supporters change to neutral or opposal, in which is legal.

Good Strategies
SUPPORTERS - Keep support and sway non-supporters (neutral/opposal) to support.
NEUTRAL - Keep your stance.
OPPOSERS - Keep anti-support and sway supporters (including neutral) to anti-support.

Oh, hello!

I plan on having “automatic” enrollment to be numerous applications filled out by USS members on behalf of shop owners for them to not worry about the application process. This doesn't require any unfair practices/advantages whatsoever, and the only reason why this has slowed and stopped is because you require an example of work, something that may become difficult for us to collect and provide (unless the shop owners themselves apply which is not the point of this benefit.)

If you don't welcome this practice, please be more specific to why.
