How will you be able to change your personality (aka SIGGIE) on the new forums and other thing like that such as your post count?

Go to the front page and scroll all the way down - you should see a link that allows you to change your signature.

Not a very traditional spot for a forum option, I know. ^^;
Sadly, my forum signature was eaten by an evil kumquat.

I actually found really strange myself when that change was made. You would have to ask nXIII about that.
